Appeals
Contest a rating on the record.
Any rated project can formally challenge its score with evidence. Every appeal outcome is published in full, including the ones we lose.
1. Submit evidence
Email [email protected] with the specific criterion you are contesting and the evidence that contradicts our assessment.
2. Bench review
A reviewer who did not set the original score examines the challenge against the published methodology.
3. Published outcome
The decision and its reasoning are published, whether the score moves or stays.
What will not work
An appeal cannot be bought, and disagreeing with a weighting is not grounds. Bring evidence that a fact is wrong.
